Teacher Fitness USA is dedicated to teachers and students getting in shape - physical, mental, spiritual, and psychological shape!
Step #1: "Jog Your Blog" One teacher in every school must set up an"American Fitness" bulletin board and post pictures of his or her fitness activities. There's nothing like a good role model.
Step #2: Start a student fitness program - anything to get kids moving. Here are some ideas for Student Fitness Clubs: Walking, jogging, bike riding, team dance, team stomping, jump-rope, marching, exercise, etc.
Step #3: Sign your kids up with the President's Council on Fitness and your own state's youth fitness program.
Step #4: Sign up with us and let us know what you are doing. We will maintain a national data-bank of all schools and all programs.
